INFORMATION ON PUBLIC DATA ROOM

The District Assembly shall establish a permanent physical public data room at an

openly accessible place to enable the public have access to information in accordance

with Section 47 of Land use and special Planning Act 2016, 925 and Regulation

64 (2) of L.I 2384, 2019. In accordance with section 170 of Act 925 and regulation

64 of L.I 2384, the Assembly shall keep the following documents in the public data

room for the general public:

District Spatial Development Framework, Structure Plan, Local Plan, Zoning Scheme,

Permits, Notices, Records of Public Consultations and other relevant documents.

Please be informed that the public data room provides opportunity unity for the public

regarding to make enquiries and request for information regarding applications and other

relevant information needed.
