DCE and MP Tour BECE Exam Centres in the District

The District Chief Executive, Hon Fred Offei, Member of Parliament (MP) Hon. Linda Akweley Ocloo and the District Director of Education, Madam Harriet Lomotey visited the centres within the District to monitor the ongoing 2021 BECE exams.

There are four (4) main centres in the District which are; Osudoku Senior High Technical School, Doryumu Methodist school, Ayikuma Methodist Basic school and Ghanata Senior High School.

Hon. Fred Offei promised to award the best ten(10) students in Ayikuma and the MP, Hon. Linda Akweley Ocloo also promised to award the best 10 students in Ghanata.

Both the MP and the DCE encouraged the candidates to excel in the examination to enjoy the free SHS which has been implemented by the government.

One thousand, nine hundred and fifty-four(1954) students are registered candidates to write the exams in the District, the Candidates consists of fifty-one (51) public schools and nineteen (19) private schools.
