DCE MEETS IGF STAFF OF THE SHAI–OSUDOKU DISTRICT ASSEMBLY.

The District Chief Executive of the Shai – Osudoku District Assembly Hon. Fred Offei met with the IGF staff of the Assembly on Tuesday 17th October, 2023 at the Conference room of the Assembly.

In his welcome address, He thanked all the IGF Staff  for availing themselves for such an important meeting. 

He said management has to go through a lot of deliberations to arrive at the decision. With regard to salary increment, he said management has decided to give a 15% increment for cleaners and a 20% increment for other staffs started from September 2023.  

In addition to the increment, long-serving IGF staff would enjoy extra benefits.

He further encouraged staff to change their attitude towards work and ensure they play their part in making sure the Assembly achieves its goals.  

All IGF staff thanked the DCE for his kind gesture and also for making sure their long-awaited salary increment has finally come to fruition.

The head of  human resources department Mrs. Josephine Bottey  thanked all IGF staff for showing up and voicing out their challenges to the DCE. She assured them necessary steps would be taken to make sure their challenges were resolved.

In his closing remarks the District Chief Executive Hon. Fred Offei assured all staff that their challenges would channeled to the right quarters and also to make sure all issues were resolved so that a cordial and peaceful working environment is ensured within the District Assembly.
