District Chief Executive of SODA Commissions 3 Boreholes in the District

Hon. Daniel Teye Akuffo, DCE for Shai-Osudoku has commissioned 3 boreholes for the people of Lebuse, Klebuse and Dzogbedzi on Tuesday 28th January 2020.

The Reverse Osmosis mechanized borehole was constructed by the Ghana Community Agriculture Project(GCAP) to help resolve water scarcity in the community.

Speaking at the ceremony, the consultant manager, Mr Attipoe said due to the rehabilitation project ongoing in the community, the canals had to be blocked.

The blockage was to pave way for the modernization of the Irrigation system, which is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

He commended the District Assembly and the affected communities for their patience and support. Also urged the community people to take very good care of the facilities.

Chief Servant of SODA, Mr.Akuffo pleaded with the community to take care of the machine because they are privileged to get such borehole which is used by Industries to filter water for production.
