The Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association Biennial National Congress

The Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association (GRNMA) is organizing a week program in a bid of their 17th biennial National Congress from 25th – 29th November 2019 at the Forest Hotel –Dodowa in the Greater Accra region.

The opening ceremony which was on Tuesday 26th November 2019, had Dignitaries like the Second Lady of the Republic of Ghana, Her Excellency Samira Bawumia, the Deputy Regional Minister, Hon. Elizabeth Sackey, the District Chief Executive, Hon. Daniel Akuffo, Mankralo, Nene Nartey Wayo III (Chairman), some Chiefs of the Shai Traditional Council, both current and retired Nurses and Midwives.

It’s expected at the end of the conference, newly elected Executives to implement policies and decisions taken by the National Council and National Delegate’s Conference.

Also, the GRNMA is the exclusive mouthpiece for all nurses and midwives in matters that affect them.
