DCE Donates Streetlights to Assembly Members.

The new District Chief Executive for Shai-Osudoku Hon. Fred Offei has donated streetlights to the twenty-two(22)elected Assembly Members and ten(10 ) Government Appointees of the District.

The rationale for the donation exercise was to equip the Assembly Members to perform their basic function of facilitating the needs and aspirations of their constituents.

Handing over the lights, He urged the Assembly Members to use the lights for the purposes for which they were donated in order to make a good name for themselves and the Assembly.

He impressed on the beneficiaries to adopt a good culture of maintenance of the lights to prolong its life span and also fix it at vantage points to help decrease crimes in the communities.
