Shai-Osudoku District to Benefit from Village Craft Business.

SHAI-OSUDOKU DISTRICT TO BENEFIT FROM VILLAGE CRAFT BUSINESS.

A team from The Ministry of Trade and Industry in Accra has met with officials of the Shai- Osudoku District Assembly to secure land demarcation for a village craft business scheduled to take off anytime soon.

The officials from the Assembly were the District Chief Executive, Hon. Daniel Akuffo, District Coordinating Director, Mr.Frederick Akitty, Physical Planning Officer, Mrs.Nayram Akutei, Nadmo Director Nana Asante Boateng, Presiding Member Hon.Noah Sabutey and the District Works Engineer, Mr.Francis Abgo.

In her opening remarks, Mad. Theodora Froko, the Regional Director said foreign partners are on standby to invest in the business which needs the support of all, adding that the project would attract development and investment opportunities for the district.

Nene Okukrubuor Kwesi Agyeman V who sat in for the paramount chief of Shai urged the team not to cut an age-old tree standing on the land.
