SODA ORGANISES FIRST STAFF DURBAR FOR THE YEAR 2023.

The Shai-Osudoku District Assembly has held its first staff durbar on 27th January,2023 at the forecourt of the Assembly to motivate, appreciate and congratulate the staff for their hard work in the year 2022.

Speaking at the event,the District Chief Executive, Hon Fred Offei encouraged the staffs to put much effort in their work in the sense of being innovative to enable the Assembly attain its highest goal.

He further encouraged the staffs to put up their best by being punctual to work and working together as a team to enhance the Assembly's accountability and responsiveness to the needs of the people.

He urged the staffs to refrain from truancy, avoid poor attitude to work and to desist from any form of gossip since that could lead to the destruction of one’s reputation.

He concluded by entreating all Heads of Department to be up and doing and set a good example for others to follow and to involve themselves in every activity of the Assembly.
