On Tuesday 24th March 2020, the Shai-Osudoku District Assembly donated sanitary items including Liquid soaps, hand sanitizers, disinfectants, tissue, Veronica buckets were given to the traders in Dodowa market.

The Shai-Osudoku District Hospital, Dodowa used five days to construct its COVID-19 holding center for suspected cases whilst awaiting confirmation from Noguchi.

The hospital has also restrained its long-standing Epidemic Response Team.
