DCE pays Familiarisation visits to Indigenous Companies.
The new District Chief Executive(DCE) for Shai-Osudoku Hon. Fred Offei Twum have paid a familiarisation visit to indigenous companies in the Shai-Osudoku District.
The visit was to enable the DCE to familiarise and acquaint himself with the operations of these companies in the area, the companies include ShineFeel Company Ltd, G&J Ltd among others.
Interacting with some managers and frontline staff of the companies, he commended them for the effort to boost the economy of the district through their operations.
He, however, encouraged them to ensure that they operate under the requisite legal demands including acquisition and renewal of licenses and permits for smooth operation.
For companies that operate near water bodies, the DCE pressed home the message of keeping intact the water bodies adding that they desist from polluting the waters with their waste products.
He impressed on them the need to fulfil their corporate social responsibility to the locality they operate for the benefit of the people.
Hon.Offei assured them he would soon engage them in a stakeholder meeting to deepen and harmonize relations with them.
